Mockup demo

This demo doesn't work in NN4.
This demo set the default start month to Dec, 2002. To start from the current month, simply replace the [2002,12] with gToday in the name&id of the calendar tags.
The mouse cursor will turn into a hand only if the underlying date has a non-empty action associated - e.g. January 1st.
